Acceptance of these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and GlobalAIpreneurs. By accessing the directory, creating an account, submitting a listing, voting, contacting a company, or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use GlobalAIpreneurs.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or infringing information, or impersonate a company or person you are not authorized to represent.
• Manipulate votes, rankings, or analytics — including creating multiple accounts, using bots, or coordinating inauthentic activity.
• Use the contact and lead features to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited marketing.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data, or attempt to bypass rate limits, bot protection, or security controls.
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access for conduct that breaches these rules.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit (listings, messages, and other materials). You grant GlobalAIpreneurs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, index, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the directory. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit it and that it does not infringe others’ rights or break the law.

No guarantees of leads or accuracy

GlobalAIpreneurs is an open directory. We make no guarantee of any lead volume, conversion, or business outcome from being listed or claimed. Listings — including those imported or submitted by third parties — may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any listing. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Owner & manager responsibilities

If you claim or manage a company profile, you confirm you are authorized to act for that company. You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate, for how you handle leads delivered to you (including the personal data of the people who contact you, in line with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy), and for the actions of managers you invite.

Moderation & admin rights

To keep the directory trustworthy, GlobalAIpreneurs may, at its discretion and without prior notice: review, edit, reject, unpublish, mark as closed, or remove listings; remove votes and freeze a listing’s ranking where we detect manipulation; act on a company profile on behalf of its owner where necessary (such actions are logged); and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Owners are notified of actions affecting their listings where appropriate and may request a review.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalAIpreneurs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, from reliance on any listing, or from interactions between users and companies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the policy version shown above and, where appropriate, announced in the product. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
